Authorized use

You may submit a website only when you own it, administer it, or have permission to review its public configuration. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and contractual obligations.

Prohibited conduct

  • Do not automate bulk submissions or circumvent rate limits.
  • Do not use the service to disrupt, harass, profile, or target third parties.
  • Do not attempt to modify the scanner to reach private networks, hidden services, credentials, or non-public data.
  • Do not misrepresent a report as a certification, compliance audit, penetration test, or guarantee.

Informational results

Reports describe observations from a limited point in time. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by edge networks and bot controls. Scores are prioritization aids and are not professional legal, compliance, or security advice.

Availability

The service may limit, suspend, or decline scans to protect websites and infrastructure. Features, checks, scoring, and availability may change without notice.

No warranties

The service is provided as available without warranties of completeness, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You remain responsible for verifying findings and safely implementing changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web SafeScore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.
